Dr. Michaels grew up in Wyckoff, NJ and attended Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes. She is a general pediatrician who is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She enjoys practicing medicine in the same neighborhood where she was raised.

Dr. Michaels received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from New York University and her medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. She stayed at the university to complete her residency training in pediatrics.

She was Chief Pediatric Resident at The Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center and The University Hospital in Newark, NJ.

After residency, she and her husband moved back to Wyckoff and she joined a large private group practice in Bergen County. She had her first child, and then began working in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Hackensack University Medical Center before opening Milestones Pediatrics. Dr. Michaels is pleased to offer a general pediatric practice where patient education and continuity of care are emphasized.

Dr. Carmelina Tirri is a board certified pediatrician who received her medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School and completed her residency training in pediatrics at University Hospital in Newark, NJ. After residency she joined a private group practice in Hackensack, NJ. She joined Milestones Pediatrics in 2014, where she continues to provide high-quality health care for children and make a positive difference in her patients’ lives.

Dr. Tirri was born in Passaic County, NJ and continues to live there with her husband and three children.

Dr. Fallon graduated from Marist College with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a minor in psychology. She then attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Stony Brook Long Island Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Fallon is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and she is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has been voted by her patients as one of NJ Family’s Favorite Kids’ Docs for multiple years. Dr. Fallon advocates for patient safety and preventative medicine, especially sun, pool, and helmet safety. She enjoys watching all of her patients grow and develop from visit to visit.

Dr. Fallon resides in lower Rockland County with her husband and sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling to off-the-beaten-track locations, laughing, singing, and reading.

Dr. Stacey Hecht has been practicing pediatrics for over thirty years, and she managed her own private practice for twenty years. She also works part-time in a pediatric urgent care facility. In addition, Dr. Hecht is a certified life coach.

She has been board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 1992. Dr. Hecht has lived in Bergen County for most of her life and graduated from Northern Highlands High School. She went to Rutgers Medical School and completed her residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She is the mother of adult twin sons, is an avid ballroom dancer, and loves to travel and cook.
